Delete my account
If you want to completely delete all your account details, then please follow these steps:
1. Access the Main account menu from the foot of the app. You should now be able to see a list of account options including ‘! Delete my account’.
2. Click ‘! Delete my account’ and you will be prompted to enter your password. Do this and then click the ‘Delete my account button’.
3. You will then be presented with the first warning screen with black text. If you’re still certain about deleting your account, click the ‘I understand button’.
4. You’ll now be presented with the second warning screen which is in red. If you’re still sure, click the red ‘I understand button’.
5. The final stage is a green message at the top of the screen, confirming that your account has been fully deleted.
