Anti-slavery and human trafficking statement
Solarcycle UK takes very seriously its obligations under current UK legislation and guidelines. Solarcycle UK will never knowingly deal with any organisation or individuals connected to slavery or human trafficking in any form. This statement sets out the action taken to ensure slavery or human trafficking is not part of.
Solarcycle UK, as required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”).
Our business is the design, development, installation and ongoing maintenance and support of solar powered 100% off-grid e-bike charging to help organisations achieve their transport, environmental and employee wellbeing goals.
Solarcycle UK operates internationally using a small, carefully selected supply-chain, vetted and approved to meet UK requirements. Solarcycle UK is not aware of any area of its operations that would to lead to a breach of the Act.
Due diligence and supply chain
Solarcycle UK does not, and will not, knowingly work with any party that we suspect is connected in any way with slavery or human trafficking. The company endeavours to verify that any new customer or supplier is not involved with, or suspected of, slavery, bribery, corruption or any other unlawful activity.
Solarcycle UK strives to comply with applicable laws, regulations and best practices in the areas in which it does business, including the Act, and requires any party with which Solarcycle UK deals to do the same. Slavery, human trafficking and child labour have no place anywhere in our business.
Effectiveness
Solarcycle UK is currently not aware of any issues related to the Act. Solarcycle UK will undertake periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
